Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology strategy roadmap focusing on quantum computing, AI governance, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to implement future-forward initiatives
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Build executive-level technology forecasts and risk assessments for Board presentations
- Establish innovation frameworks for ethical AI development and sustainable tech deployment
- Partner with R&D to incubate next-generation solutions through prototype development
- Represent InnovateCorp at global tech summits and policy discussions on future technology standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging technology domains
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused tech roadmaps (quantum/AI/climate tech preferred)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Strategy
- Certifications in Futures Thinking, Technology Foresight, or Strategic Innovation Management
- Deep expertise in technology adoption lifecycle models and disruption forecasting
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, EU, Asia)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and stakeholder communications
