Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces) and assess commercial viability
- Develop 5-year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Manage technology partner ecosystem for collaborative R&D initiatives
- Drive digital transformation across legacy systems with future-proof architectures
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record of scaling innovative solutions in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (blockchain, IoT, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Portfolio showcasing at least three technology commercialization successes
