Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and organizational goals
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and innovation gaps
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation roles
