Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-proof systems
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market disruption vectors
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D funding through strategic proposals
- Pioneer ethics frameworks for autonomous systems
- Collaborate with MIT, Stanford, and NASA research partners
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or advanced R&D leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling breakthrough innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, synthetic biology
- Experience with federal grant writing (DARPA, NSF)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese (for global partnerships)
