Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 15+ industry partners
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and responsible innovation
- Drive M&A activities in emerging tech sectors to accelerate portfolio growth
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-focused innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML, blockchain, or biotech convergence
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, Foresight Practitioner) or equivalent
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding or technology investments
- Prior work with global regulatory bodies on tech policy frameworks
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier industry publications
- Fluency in English with exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
