Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology adoption roadmaps across AI, quantum, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive solutions with enterprise partners
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify billion-dollar market opportunities
- Present strategic forecasts to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for future-tech incubation projects
- Build and maintain relationships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and DARPA
- Author industry whitepapers on 2026 technology disruption scenarios
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 or top-tier VC-backed startups
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Proven track record of launching products generating $100M+ ARR
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Experience with scenario planning for exponential technologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Institute for the Future)
- Fluency in Mandarin or German preferred for global partnerships
