Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess strategic implications for 2026+ market landscape
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Lead cross-functional teams in adopting next-generation solutions
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships with startups and research institutions
- Present visionary technology blueprints to executive stakeholders and investors
- Monitor competitive intelligence and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Drive innovation through pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in implementing emerging technologies at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical concepts
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Certification in innovation management or strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) highly desirable
