- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Monitor competitive tech landscape and regulatory shifts
- Build partnerships with academic and industry research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching innovative products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong financial acumen for budget management of $5M+ initiatives
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or conferences
- Experience with agile development methodologies
