Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, bio-integrated systems) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- Experience developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
