- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver breakthrough innovations
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to anticipate technological disruptions
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption success
- Forge strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech adoption or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-defining technology products
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, or quantum computing implementation at scale
- Certified in technology architecture (TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex technical concepts to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic technology transformation initiatives with measurable impact
