Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ technology roadmap, identifying emerging trends and market opportunities
- Develop and execute innovation initiatives in quantum computing, AI, and sustainable tech
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to align technology investments with business goals
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology practices
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable impact
