Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven future-planning track record
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future tech trends (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Strong data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI
