Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- 7+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of scaling technology solutions to enterprise level
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
