- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring ROI on future technology investments
- Forge strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to cultivate internal ideation
- Ensure ethical implementation of technologies while maintaining regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Expertise in scenario planning and future-trend forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in SaaS or B2B technology ecosystems
- Experience scaling tech teams and managing R&D budgets over $5M
- Certified in agile/Scrum methodologies and technology roadmapping
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
