Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging markets including AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Conduct horizon scanning of breakthrough technologies with patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and board members with executive storytelling
- Manage $10M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Build external ecosystem through strategic alliances with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and Fortune 500 partners
- Drive organizational adoption of agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling digital transformations across enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Exceptional financial modeling and scenario planning skills
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
