Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (quantum, AI, bio-digital interfaces)
- Secure $50M+ annual innovation budgets through compelling stakeholder presentations
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Drive sustainability initiatives targeting 50% reduction in tech carbon footprint by 2026
- Mentor 15+ engineers through our Future Tech Fellowship program
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and other global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or VP-level roles
- Proven track record launching products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, generative AI, neurotech
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or Harvard Business Review
- Experience scaling teams from 50 to 500+ engineers
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
