Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to generate and evaluate future-focused concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory developments affecting tech adoption
- Establish KPIs for technology innovation initiatives and track implementation success
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and research organizations
- Author thought leadership content positioning Innovatech as a future-tech authority
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product development, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends and translating them to business value
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and risk assessment
- Strong executive communication ability with demonstrated board-level presentations
- Experience managing innovation budgets and R&D project portfolios
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE) highly valued
