Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and business growth objectives

- Develop strategic partnerships with R&D labs and academic institutions for future innovation pipelines
- Translate complex technical concepts into executive-level decision frameworks
- Champion agile experimentation methodologies for rapid prototyping of future solutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical, business, and executive domains
