- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for future-tech initiatives
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on cutting-edge research partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Experience securing federal innovation grants
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture
