- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) and assess competitive implications
- Architect strategic frameworks for sustainable tech integration and ethical AI deployment
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Manage innovation incubation programs for breakthrough technologies
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into current product development
- Represent company at global tech foresight forums and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies with demonstrable impact on business strategy
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven track record of successful technology commercialization
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFM) strongly preferred
