Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market forecasts and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate technical insights into actionable strategies
- Present findings to C-suite executives and external stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Monitor global tech policy changes and their impact on industry evolution
- Build strategic partnerships with universities, startups, and research labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech consulting
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotechnology
- Proven track record of translating trends into profitable business initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in visualization tools
- Experience working with C-suite executives in Fortune 500 environments
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
