Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Proven track record launching commercialized products from R&D to market (min. $50M ARR impact)
- Expertise in futures research methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi analysis, horizon scanning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
