Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ horizon, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and Web3 integration
- Lead competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive technologies and strategic opportunities
- Partner with engineering, product, and finance teams to prioritize R&D initiatives and allocate resources effectively
- Present technology strategy to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and pilot testing of emerging technologies
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, venture capitalists, and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or senior R&D leadership roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing)
- Proven track record of launching successful technology initiatives with measurable business impact
