Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Develop and maintain a strategic technology roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and influence high-level decision-making
- Build and manage cross-functional innovation task forces
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on industry landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech roles
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Track record of developing successful innovation roadmaps
- Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making approach
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic planning preferred
