Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive 10-year technology roadmap for the organization.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and researchers in cutting-edge R&D initiatives.
- Identify, evaluate, and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, Quantum Algorithms) for potential integration.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align the technical vision with broader business objectives.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, or hardware development with a focus on innovation.
- Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
