Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic technical vision for products launching in the 2026 timeframe, identifying emerging trends in AI and quantum computing.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and secure microservices architectures capable of handling next-gen workloads.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Mentor engineering teams in adopting cutting-edge technologies, including Rust, WebAssembly, and advanced AI integration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate futuristic concepts into viable technical specifications.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce latency and increase throughput for global user bases.
- Code Review & Standards: Establish and enforce high-quality coding standards and best practices across all development squads.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless computing.
- Futuristic Mindset: Proven track record of implementing bleeding-edge technologies or leading innovation labs.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on architectural scalability and long-term viability.
