Responsibilities

- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging tech trends to forecast their impact on the industry.
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate next-gen solutions.
- Architect scalable, secure, and future-proof systems capable of handling exponential growth.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to secure buy-in for long-term R&D initiatives.
- Mentor engineering teams on modern architectural patterns and futuristic tooling.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to cloud-native environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Product Strategy, or Technical Architecture.
- Proven experience leading technical roadmaps for at least 5 years.
- Strong expertise in AI/ML, Web3, or Edge Computing is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategies.
- Demonstrated leadership in agile environments with a focus on innovation.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration is a plus.
