Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable technical infrastructure for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the technical strategy for the 2026 initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Drive Innovation: Identify emerging technologies and integrate them into our core stack to maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering team to deliver excellence.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor system performance and implement best practices for security and scalability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI & ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning models and their integration into production systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of driving technical roadmaps and making high-impact decisions.
