Qualifications

- Proven track record of leading complex R&D initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in AWS/Azure/GCP and TOGAF framework
- Experience with blockchain, IoT, and nanotechnology integration
- Strong strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals preferred
