Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant AI frameworks for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead development of decentralized autonomous systems (DAOs) with blockchain integration
- Design ethical AI governance protocols aligned with 2026 regulatory standards
- Coordinate with research labs to prototype quantum-encrypted communication networks
- Develop sustainable tech solutions achieving net-positive environmental impact
- Mentor cross-functional teams in emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and government innovation boards
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years leading advanced R&D in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) on future technologies
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of scaling complex tech from prototype to production
- Certification in AI ethics (IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) or equivalent
- Experience securing federal grants for frontier technology initiatives
