Responsibilities
- Architect next-generation AI/ML systems with autonomous decision-making capabilities
- Design quantum-resistant cryptographic frameworks for future security protocols
- Lead development of decentralized infrastructure using blockchain and Web3 technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging tech solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify and integrate breakthrough technologies
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Present strategic technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior architects in future-focused development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Expertise in distributed systems, cryptography, and high-performance computing
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI/ML pipelines
- Deep understanding of ethical AI principles and responsible innovation frameworks
- Strong background in system design at scale (>10M users)
- Experience with quantum computing platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Fluency in Python, Go, and Rust with proficiency in TensorFlow/PyTorch
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
