Responsibilities
- Design and implement forward-thinking technology architectures aligned with 2026 innovation trends
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in emerging domains like quantum-resistant cryptography and neural interfaces
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps with 5-year predictive modeling capabilities
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment and autonomous systems
- Conduct scenario planning for climate-resilient infrastructure and circular economy tech
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proof development methodologies
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate disruptive startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise architecture with 5+ years in future tech planning
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic engineering, or climate tech systems
- Proven track record of scaling technology platforms to 10M+ users
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with published research in future tech
- Certification in TOGAF or SABSA architecture frameworks
- Experience with UN SDG-aligned technology implementation
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three 5-year technology transformation projects
