Qualifications

- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and ethical AI governance
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
