- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Oversee patent portfolio development for emerging technologies with 200+ IP filings
- Mentor a team of 15+ researchers and engineers through quarterly innovation sprints
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and adapt strategies for global compliance
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum projects from prototype to production
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation principles
- Published research in Nature/Science journals with 50+ citations
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding from government/private sources
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit)
- Strategic advisory experience with Fortune 100 technology executives
