Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging tech trends through patent research, academic papers, and competitor intelligence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with data-driven insights
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Mentor innovation teams in agile development and rapid prot methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic tech planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or clean energy
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published research or patents in emerging tech domains
- Experience with scenario planning and technology impact assessment
