Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market dominance
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in piloting and scaling futuristic solutions across global operations
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for innovation sourcing
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Monitor global policy shifts and ethical frameworks affecting future tech deployment
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and R&D initiatives focused on 2026 capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least three future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Executive-level communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or future studies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI Ethics)
- Experience working with global regulatory bodies on tech policy development
