Responsibilities

- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to C-suite and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory implications
- Mentor junior strategists in future-scanning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record in emerging tech assessment and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and boards
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation
