Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future technologies into product roadmaps
- Build and manage high-performance innovation teams across engineering, design, and data science
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data-driven insights
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
- Partner with venture capital firms to scout and evaluate disruptive startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in futures planning
- Proven track record in scaling technology initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Exceptional leadership experience managing cross-functional global teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investor groups
