- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions with industry partners
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts impacting 2026 adoption landscapes
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Champion ethical frameworks for emerging technologies across organizational initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps with measurable impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, or biotech convergence
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile, matrixed environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
