Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market predictions and regulatory landscapes
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, and decentralized AI
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proof features in enterprise SaaS platforms
- Present strategic briefings to Fortune 500 clients on emerging tech adoption strategies
- Build and mentor an elite innovation lab focused on carbon-negative tech solutions
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through venture partnerships and government grants
- Author white papers on ethical AI frameworks and responsible automation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized future-tech products
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network with academic institutions and national labs
- Certified in AWS/Azure/Azure quantum services and Google Cloud AI
- Published author in IEEE or Nature on future technology paradigms
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit/Cirq)
