- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for prototype development and pilot programs
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science/Engineering with 8+ years in strategic tech planning
- Proven track record launching technologies with $1B+ market impact
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier tech conferences
