- Manage a $15M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization
- Lead cross-functional task forces including engineering, product, and marketing teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product management, or R&D leadership with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT, or blockchain implementation
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to influence C-suite and board decisions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA with technology focus
- Track record of launching successful technology initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
