You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global partners to build sustainable innovation ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, etc.) and assess commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to integrate future technologies into core business operations
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with tech incubators, research institutions, and venture capital firms
- Present technology forecasts and recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, R&D sprints, and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or future foresight roles
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization and scaling
- Deep expertise in at least two future tech domains (quantum computing, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
