Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and company vision for 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech landscapes (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing) for strategic integration
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with business objectives
- Drive adoption of sustainable tech practices across product lifecycle
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and future-proof development
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ in emerging technologies or futures research
- Proven track record launching at least two tech products with >$50M ARR
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, or similar tech stack
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Harvard Business Review
- Experience with quantum computing APIs or AR/VR development platforms
- PhD or equivalent research experience in relevant field preferred
