Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap across AI, quantum, and sustainability domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 3+ year impact horizons
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with global tech incubators and research institutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy for future innovations
- Mentor junior innovators in emerging technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in future tech planning
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Track record of launching technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
- Experience securing $5M+ budgets for multi-year innovation initiatives
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
