- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026+ roadmap, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies through rapid experimentation cycles
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive threats and opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products/services with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Certified in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CIFS, WFS) or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with specialization in innovation
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading global cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
