Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields (quantum AI, biotech convergence, neuro interfaces)
- Partner with C-suite to translate strategic vision into actionable tech plans
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies via patent analysis and startup scouting
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record launching scalable tech products with $50M+ impact
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Strong financial modeling skills with budget oversight experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
