Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market forecasts and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Develop go-to-market strategies for pilot technologies with $100M+ potential
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future tech into enterprise strategy
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present strategic briefings to board members and key stakeholders quarterly
- Drive competitive analysis and patent intelligence for emerging sectors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling emerging technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, AR/VR, Neurotech)
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review)
- Experience securing $50M+ in innovation funding or venture capital
