- Analyze emerging tech landscape to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive adoption of agile innovation methodologies across R&D divisions
- Build strategic partnerships with leading tech universities and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching future-facing products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Experience scaling high-growth tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
