- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026 product launches
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ R&D budgets for future technology initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct competitive analysis and disruption forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI/ML, advanced robotics, or neurotech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Executive-level communication and presentation skills
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
